How long does delivery take?

We currently do not offer returns. However, exchanges are available in case of a damaged or incorrect product. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.

Policies
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2–3 working days. Since many of our products are handmade, processing times may vary slightly. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 4–7 working days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched. We always try our best to ensure timely delivery, however, there may be occasional delays due to courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
Return and Exchange Policy
As most of our products are handmade and carefully curated, we currently do not offer returns. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll be happy to assist you with an exchange. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video for verification. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused and in its original condition.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in cases where an exchange is not possible. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
